^Seaplane transfers operate during daylight hours only (approx. between 06.00 hrs. and 16.00 hrs)

There will be a waiting time of up to three hours for seaplane transfers. During this time clients, who are booked on Seaplane, will be accommodated at the Heritance Aarah Seaplane lounge.

Seaplane lands at the base decided by the carrier, therefore, the passengers might not arrive at the resort on a direct flight, or the flight might land in a nearby resort and will be transferred by a boat.

Each passenger is entitled to carry 20kg of baggage and 5kg of hand luggage, if the weight exceeds the standard luggage weight, TMA will charge at the rate of US$ 05.00 + TGST per excess KG, payable directly to the carrier.
