Suzie-Q Asian Twist Kitchen– is a modern asian inspired restaurant with views of Double Six beach from the open deck area. Plates are bite-sized and designed for sharing.
Plantation Grill – will be a throwback to the glamour of the prohibition era and twenties-style luxury, with marble finishes, a vaulted double-height ceiling and huge glass windows looking out to the sea. It specialises in dry aged meat and line-caught seafood cooked over custom made open grills and wood-fired ovens. With an exciting collaboration of work from designers and artists, this creatively designed space will transport diners to an era of simple pleasures and great fun.
Double Six Rooftop Sunset Bar– Sitting atop the entire hotel, 15 meters above sea level, with sweeping views over Double Six beach. At 1700 square meters, it will be one of the world’s largest rooftop bars. With a fire pit cooking skewered bar food, a lively bar serving tiki-inspired cocktails, and a silent cinema, Double Six Rooftop is a playground for sensory pleasure!
