Suzie-Q Asian Twist Kitchen: A modern Asian-inspired restaurant with views of Double Six beach from the open deck area. Plates are bite-sized and designed for sharing.
Plantation Grill: A throwback to the glamour of the 1920s with marble finishes, vaulted ceiling, and huge sea-facing windows. Specialises in dry aged meat and line-caught seafood cooked over open grills and wood-fired ovens.
Double Six Rooftop Sunset Bar: Sitting 15m above sea level, with sweeping views over Double Six beach. Features tiki-inspired cocktails, fire pit cooking, a silent cinema, and breakfast options.
Lagoon Bar: Located at the front of the hotel by the 120m pool and beach, offering poolside food, drinks, and gelato carts.
Sling Bar: Martini bar at the Plantation Grill mezzanine for after-dinner drinks.
