The resort is set on a 2,000 acre volcanic island, with the resort taking up just nine of those acres. That means this area is truly spectacular, ringed with coral sandy beaches with palm trees lined up as far as the eye can see. It’s just 25 kilometres away from Fiji’s Nadi International Airport, so you don’t have to travel far to reach your destination after your plane touches down.
There’s an adults-only swimming pool with swim-up bar, so you can relax and indulge in a drink away from the prying eyes of your curious kids. Another pool is reserved for families, so if you do want to splash about with the little ones, that’s the place to do it.
Speaking of little ones, parents will be thrilled with the complimentary kids club on offer for those aged between four and 12 years. They’ll be fully supervised and allowed to play to their heart’s desire, and you can use that free time to do whatever you wish – even if that means sleeping!

Location
Malolo Island Fiji is located amongst the beautiful Mamanuca archipelago. Set on a 2000 acre volcanic Island with the Resort comprising of just 9 acres of the total area. The island is ringed by coral sandy beaches, palm trees and azure blue seas and colourful marine life. Malolo Island is situated 25 kilometres west of Fijis Nadi International Airport.
Facilities
Malolo Island offers a wide range of activities and facilities. There is a choice of two freshwater Swimming pools, with water cascading from one freshwater pool into the next. One Swimming pool is exclusively for adults with a swim up bar and the other is reserved for families. The Resort offers clothing and gift boutique and Leilanis Spa; the Spa will nurture your spirit and restore your balance. With three open air treatment bures, Leilanis Spa offers a unique relaxation experience. The renowned Pure Fiji products are used in the Spa.
Complimentary Activities: Kids Club (4-12 years), non-motorised water sports including kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, walking trails, beach volleyball, and snorkelling. Talei entertainment lounge for 13ys and over, offering books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, satellite TV and complimentary WiFi access.

The Terrace Restaurant is the Resort’s main dining facility, centrally located with views across the swimming pools and lush gardens and with a dedicated buffet and seating for over 100 people.
Offering modern Asian and Pacific Rim cuisine and using only the freshest available produce, the Terrace offers an extensive menu variety for island guests with full and continental breakfast an A la Carte menu for lunch and alternative a la carte and theme buffets for dinner. A healthy children’s menu is also available.
Located along the veranda at the other side of the Restaurant Complex and overlooking the adults’ pool, lounge areas and lush gardens, is our Treetops Restaurant. Slightly more formal in style and service, Treetops offers an air-conditioned venue for our adult guests and children 13 years and above and offers tantalising, daily changing 3 course/3 choice A la Carte menus showcasing again the full spectrum of Pacific Rim Cuisine.
The Beach Bar Influenced by its location to the beach and being a “barefoot in the sand ” venue, the menu is beach café style offering fresh salads, gourmet and traditional pizzas, hamburgers, rolls, beer-battered fish and chips and a selection of meats and seafood from the grill.
In the evenings the Beach Bar is the venue for some fun, friendly team and family activities.
Entertainment
Whether at the Beach Bar or sitting in the Terrace Restaurant, a refreshing cocktail, or cooling drink is never far away. The Treetops Bar and lounge are open until 10.00pm every evening for exotic cocktails. Malolo Island offers Fijian Feast and Meke (song and dance performance), Island Barbecue Night and Managers Kava Party each week, which feature exotic island foods and entertainment.
Room Facilities
All 46 Plantation style duplex bures are set amongst tropical gardens and just a few steps from the beach. All bures are refurbished with fresh crisp whites, earthy tones and subtle South Pacific touches. All bures feature air conditioning, fridge, plunger coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, overhead fans, lounge area and verandahs. All comprise one king sized bed and two single beds and suitable for up to two adults and two children or 3 adults.
Island Bures are 33sqm in size with a 14sqm verandah are are located in the tropical landscaped gardens of the island.
Oceanview Bures provide a feeling of spaciousness and rustic elegance. The Oceanview bures are set amongst lush tropical gardens and are 33sqm in size with a 14sqm verandah.
Deluxe Oceanview Bures are 50sqm in size plus verandah. The bedroom is closed off from the general living area where the daybeds/single beds are located.
Tadra Beach Bures are located at the end and most private part of the Malolo Beach, right on the oceans edge. There are two Tadra Bures and are for couples only. They are over 50sqm in size with spacious verandahs and have a king sized four poster bed and two day beds in the spacious living area.
Family Burse comprise of 2 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, one ensuite and one main bathroom and 3 single beds in the living area. There are four family bures in total, two bures have elevated ocean views and are 100sqm with a 20sqm verandah and the other two bures are located directly along the beachfront and are 92m² with a 18m² verandah.
Family Offers
Ideal for families, the four Family Bures can each accommodate a family of up to 7 people. Cots and highchairs are available upon request at no charge. The Resort also offers a childrens menu.
Your children will love spending time at the Kids Club- ‘Tia’s Treehouse’ with activities to keep them entertained, the Treehouse is filled with lots of equipment and games and a fully fenced playground. The supervised Kids Club is complimentary to children aged 4 to 12 years. Babysitting services are also available on the island for a nominal charge.
