Club Raro Resort is an intimate Resort set amongst beautiful winding mosaic pathways, swaying palms and tropical gardens, creating a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The mosaic pathway leads onto the fresh water swimming pool and pool bar, sun/sand decks and alfresco dining area which boasts magnificent views of the "sparkling lagoon and majestic ocean by day" and "sunset by night". This fun, value for money resort overlooks a coral beach and sparkling blue lagoon and beautiful reef. Club Raro makes a convenient base for exploring Rarotonga. The Resort is a prime spot to site migrating humpback whales during August to October.

Situated on the Northern Coast of Rarotonga and is conveniently located only 2.5km from Rarotonga International Airport and a 5 minute drive from Avarua, the nearest main township. The resort has a blue lagoon front setting overlooking a coral beach.

Club Raro Resort offers many activities and facilities. The resort has a tour desk to book Scuba diving, fishing, 4WD Mountain safari or scenic flight excursion. The resort also offers various activities throughout the week such as a free 1 hour scuba diving lesson in the pool, a great introduction to the diving world. Complimentary Activities: tennis and volleyball, games room including table tennis and pool table, swimming pool, fresh water Toddlers pool, snorkelling equipment and reef shoes. Activities with cost: on-site Scooter and bicycle rentals, Internet booth. Club Raro has a guest laundry room with washing and drying machines.

Dining

The Palms Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering a variety of both local and international cuisine. The poolside restaurant offers alfresco dining, with a quick daytime casual menu or an evening a-la carte menu. There are 2 bars, including a pool bar with swim-up pool bar.

Entertainment

The outdoor bar is the ideal place for relaxing and meeting new friends, whilst enjoying a cool drink or Island Cocktail from the extensive bar menu. Happy hour is from 5pm - 7pm daily and all day on Saturday.

All are air-conditioned with ceiling fan, IDD phone, satellite TV, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.

Studio Units are surrounded by tropical gardens in a courtyard. The interior reflects a Polynesian, fresh, tropical influence with a relaxed atmosphere. Offering a kitchenette with microwave oven, these rooms are great value. They accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

Standard rooms are surrounded by tropical gardens and mosaic pathways. These rooms offer great value with all the necessary comforts.

Poolside Rooms having recently been refurbished are ideal for families or couples. These rooms are large and spacious and surrounded by tropical gardens with the resort's fresh water swimming pool in the centre.

Lagoon Front rooms have beautiful views of the nearby reef and Pacific Ocean. They offer their own private sundecks or patios and are perfect for couples or Honeymooners. There is a maximum of 2 people in this category.

Family Offers

Children are welcome at Club Raro Resort. Children aged 12 years and under stay free when sharing the room with adults. The resort has a fresh water Toddlers pool. Babysitting services are available at an additional charge.
