If you have ever wanted to learn how to cook authentic Fijian cuisine, head to Flavours of Fiji and take part in a cooking class. With experienced local cooks, you will make your way through traditional dishes as well as Indian cuisine.
The cooking facility has been built with the express intention of being the best place you can learn to make classic dishes that blend together flavours from Melanesia, Polynesia, India, China, Rotuma and Pacific Islands. The classes last half a day and are held from Monday to Saturday.
