Location

Lagoon Breeze Villas is located half way around the island 11kms from Avarua township and 9kms from airport. It is opposite its own stunning, white sandy beach on Aroa Lagoon & Marine Reserve. There is lots to do from this property as its located just a few minutes’ walk from shops and restaurants and for some relaxed fun there is the nearby Coco Putt mini-golf, with the best coconut cashew pie offered on the island .

Facilities

The property not only offers self-catering facilities to allow those meal times to be truly family time. Lagoon Breeze Villas is just a hop skip and jump across the road from the Marine reserve with lots of tropical fish and a long stretch of while sandy beach to explore. Don’t forget to take the reef shoes, kayaks and snorkelling equipment that are available for use for all guests. If the ocean’s not your style of water fun there’s always the large fresh water swimming pool set amongst the resorts tropical gardens to provide a great place to relax and unwind.

Have little ones in tow there’s plenty for them to do at the children’s paddling pool along with a children’s playground and board games are also on offer. If staying still’s not quite their style they can always expend some energy on the trampoline onsite.

If you want to head into town the bus stop is at front of property or chat to the team on the tour desk for some organised site seeing.

A daily tropical breakfast is served at the breakfast café with guest returning from their activities to enjoy a daily Happy hour at the same outdoor breakfast café. Guest sit here chatting about their day. There is no on site lunch or dinner options but there are a lot of local restaurant close by that will do a pick up and drop off to the villas

Self-catering is our style and every room has a microwave oven, hob cooktops tea, coffee making facilities and fridge, making it perfect for those fussy eaters or to help in that taming that holiday budget . All rooms also have air conditioning, ceiling fans, IDD phones, daily servicing except Sunday, shaver electrical sockets, Private patio / balcony, outdoor furnishings. bottle of water on arrival, guest compendium, In-room safes, dining table, alarm clock.

The Garden Studio is ideal for 2adults and 1 child while the 1 bedroom villa can comfortable accommodate up to 4 people

For couples travelling together or families there are 2 type of 2 bedroom villas 2 Bedroom 2 level villas sleeps up to 5 persons with a King/Twin in the upstairs bedroom and King/Twin plus single in the downstairs bedroom.

While the 2 bedroom 1 level villa has King / Twin bed in one room and King / Twin plus single in 2nd bedroom and an additional Single can be added in the lounge for a sixth person on request.

The 2 bedroom villas has an additional oven and the one level category also has a dishwasher.
